Office-Based Career Transition Program

This program can be used for junior-level employees to senior executives.  With several different levels available, services can include the following:

Our technology tools provide support to our candidates in the following areas:

  • Career Guidance - An account that provides personalized, interactive guidance to accelerate the career transition process.  This resource guides individuals through each phase of their job search and personalizes feedback based on the user's profile and responses entered.  Job seekers develop a professional and personal skills inventory, create a campaign plan, and learn critical job-search skills to shorten transition time and improve success.
  • Job Leads - An account that searches the top career sites (e.g., Monster, HotJobs, etc.) simultaneously and allows them to apply to matching jobs with one click.   Users receive an application history report for easy follow up.   Cover letters can be customized for each job and multiple resumes can be uploaded.   If preferred, the entire process can be automated based on the criteria entered.
  • Resume Distribution - An account that posts resumes to over 100 general and specialty career sites simultaneously. These sites are searched by 1.5 million hiring authorities daily.  Users receive a posting report including the list of career sites; the status of the postings; the log-in address, username, and password for each site; and a direct link allowing "one-click log-in" to many sites.
  • U.S. & International Company Research - An account for uncovering and downloading information on 14 million companies and 13 million executives.  Users can learn about global corporate families and retrieve company news articles from a 12-month archive.
  • Detailed Midwest Company Research - An account for accessing information on companies in St. Louis, Kansas City, and Chicago.  Users can learn what a company does and how it came to be, as well as the executive contacts, titles, and responsibilities.  Businesses can be indexed by production method, marketing method, or market served.
  • Relocation Assistance - Access to information on moving and storage, mortgage refinancing, and rental accommodations, as well as a moving calendar and research tools.  The relocation process is simplified with online and personal services.
