James G. Wolf - President
Jim's experience in corporate career transition services with HRMC began in 1986.  He has been instrumental in developing unique programs specifically designed to meet the needs of corporate clients.  He also led the development of e-Connect™, a successful remote-based career transition program serving candidates nationwide with personal attention and extensive technology tools.  Jim is also nationally known for his career and outplacement counseling work with executives and professional candidates from nearly every industry and discipline.  Corporate clients and individual candidates have praised him for his high ethical standards, trustworthiness, and ability to inspire and motivate.

Jim has been a guest on KMOX News Radio, providing insight on job market changes, and is a regularly featured career expert on KMOV-TV's "Ready to Work" series.  For over 12 years, he's conducted such workshops as "Networking Skills," "Job Search Strategy," "Job Interviewing," and "Capitalizing on Job Search Technology."  His workshops are customized, fast-paced, and interactive, giving participants real-world tools and techniques they can use immediately.

Jim has served on numerous committees and as a board member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) local chapter, HRMA of Greater St. Louis, since the early 1980's; he holds the title of Past-President and remains involved in the organization.  He is also active in a number of human resources and civic organizations, and regularly participates in volunteer activities to assist people in transition.  Jim is a graduate of Saint Louis University with a BS in personnel and industrial relations.

Debbie Hilke - Vice President of Business Solutions
Debbie has over 15 years experience in the human resource consulting industry.  She has served as Director of Relocation, Vice President of Operations, and, most recently, as President of a leading corporate relocation firm.  Over her career, Debbie has successfully managed large relocation projects involving hundreds of employee/family moves at a time.  She has earned the respect of numerous corporate human resource managers and executives nationwide based on her ability to create effective solutions for very complex and vital corporate assignments.  At HRMC, Debbie focuses on expanding corporate relationships, both nationally and internationally.  She is a graduate of Maryville University and holds a BS in business administration.  Debbie is active in a number of local organizations and currently serves on the board of the National Human Resource Association.

Karen Phon - Vice President of Operations
Karen has over 15 years experience in business operations management.  She oversees all aspects of corporate and employee administration and handles human resource responsibilities, which include maintaining personnel records, facilitating coordination of new hires, payroll processing, and benefit management.  She analyzes and organizes business finances and accounting procedures, implements company policies, and supervises our support team.  Karen reviews contracts and handles requests from corporate customers regarding vendor requirements to ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations.  She has an MBA from the University of Missouri, St. Louis.

Karen Hoyt - Manager of Client Services
Karen manages our local and national individual and group programs.  She ensures the reporting of client activities to our corporate customers and oversees client services.  Karen provides technology training to our clients and is responsible for familiarizing them with their exclusive support services.  She also coordinates client events, including weekly Client Strategy Sessions and specialized seminars.  Karen has a BA in English and psychology from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville.

Bob Alford - Senior Consultant
Bob has provided human resources and organizational development leadership for major companies for over 25 years.  He has served as Vice President and Director of Human Resources for a number of organizations in the insurance, customer service, consumer products, and software industries.  Whether it is with family-owned businesses or Fortune 500 organizations, Bob has implemented creative solutions that align with the unique challenges of each business.  He has an extensive background working with senior leaders to attract, develop, and retain key talent.  Bob has developed strategic corporate planning programs that ensure employee engagement through performance management and compensation programs that drive positive results.  His experience includes bringing about cultural change and policy integration as a result of mergers and acquisitions.  Bob has a BA in sociology from Southern Illinois University.

Beverly Berner - Senior Consultant
Beverly has over 20 years of diverse business management experience, including banking and advertising.  As vice president for a major advertising firm, her responsibilities included managing accounts for Fortune 500 firms such as Anheuser-Busch, Ralston Purina, and Banquet Foods.  She founded her own business in 1994, delivering consulting on strategic planning and leadership development.  In 1996, Beverly graduated from Coach University and has since focused primarily on coaching individuals in career development, performance improvement, and job transition.  She served as Vice President of Client Services for a global career transition firm before developing ACT 2 to assist those wanting an active and meaningful retirement.  Beverly has earned the designation of PCC (Professional Certified Coach) from the International Coach Federation and is co-leader of the local chapter.  She is a member of the Downtown Rotary Club and has volunteered for Kids in the Middle and the American Red Cross.  She also has a BS in communications.

Deb Bostic – Senior Consultant
Deb has more than 20 years coaching experience derived from her uniquely diversified experience in HR and business management. She is a motivating leader known for her excellence in managing people, processes, and technology who specializes in career transition and talent and leadership development. Deb has been recognized for her women’s leadership contributions through YWCA of St. Louis and Greater Missouri Leadership. She also served on the group council for Women’s Networks at CitiMortgage, Inc. Over the past six years, Deb has led the efforts of the Body, Mind, and Soul program within her local community. She is certified by the HR Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and has a Bachelor of Educational Studies in personnel services from the University of Missouri, Columbia.

John Collins - Senior Consultant
John has over 35 years of experience in operational management, sales and marketing, and acquisitions and divestitures.  He was most recently the President of a Fortune 500 division with more than 6,000 employees.  John is skilled in assessing the viability of a business, leading turnaround efforts, and assimilating newly acquired businesses into existing organizations.  He is recognized as a motivator of people and has been a frequent speaker at major state and national industry meetings.  John received a BA from St. Francis University, an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a JD from the University of Baltimore.  He currently serves as Executive Director of the Automotive Sales Council.

Dave Ebenhoh - Senior Consultant
Over the last 25 years, Dave has worked with a wide variety of leaders and organizations as a consultant, coach, facilitator, retreat designer, thinking partner, and presenter.  He integrates the worlds of neuroscience, psychology, sociology, and leadership and organizational development to help leaders and organizations develop deeper perspectives into what they do and why, fostering change and improvement.  Dave has an MA in spirituality from Creighton University and a BA in philosophy from Saint Louis University.

Terry Herring - Senior Consultant
Terry assists companies with focusing on clear organizational and staff development goals and is skilled at implementing leadership and management development processes. During a distinguished military career spanning nearly 25 years, he held many key leadership positions, including director of human resources and chief labor negotiator for a 13,000-person Air Force installation. Terry was also Headquarters Strategic Air Command manager responsible for policy formulation and the operational oversight of 24 subordinate HR offices across the U.S. A Viet Nam veteran and recipient of the Bronze Star Medal, he completed his Air Force service as a Lieutenant Colonel in 1991. Terry is often a speaker for business and professional groups, including Rotary and Kiwanis Clubs in several cities, the American Society of Women Accountants, the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce, and the Strategic Air and Space Museum. For several years, he was the director of the Leadership Bellevue program for the Bellevue, Nebraska Chamber of Commerce. Terry teaches graduate and undergraduate business courses at Maryville and Lindenwood Universities and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Lewis and Clark Chapter of SHRM in St Charles, Missouri. Terry has an MBA and BA from Michigan State University and is a graduate of the USAF Air War College.

Mary Ann Moore - Senior Consultant
Mary Ann has over 25 years experience facilitating organizational change through leadership development, executive coaching, and team building.  Before forming Moore Consulting Group, she served as an organization development consultant and executive coach for three Fortune 100 companies.  Mary Ann has conducted executive leadership development programs incorporating indoor and outdoor experiential learning in both union and nonunion environments.  Along with coaching leaders at all levels, she has worked with organizations in the U.S., Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, New Zealand, and South America.  She is a graduate and former program director of the Coro Center for Civic Leadership's Women in Leadership Program and is on the faculty of the Keller Graduate School of Management.  Mary Ann has a Master of Fine Arts from George Washington University and a BA from Marquette University.

Lainie Neiman - Senior Consultant
Lainie has over 20 years experience aiding organizations in growing their business, as well as developing and improving team performance and communication.  She has provided a range of consulting services, including executive coaching, team building, leadership management, and employee development.  She is particularly adept at developing people strategies; team building; and selling concepts, products, and services.  As an Organizational Development Consultant for a premier health care provider in St. Louis, she was responsible for executive coaching, team building, conflict resolution, and organizational restructuring.  Lainie has also designed and conducted supervisory training and developed and presented seminars.  As a trained psychotherapist, she specializes in adult, couple, and group psychotherapy.  She has an MA in counseling and a BA in psychology from Washington University.

Barry Schapiro - Senior Consultant
Barry's broad professional career encompasses delivery and management of mental health services, career development, corporate training, employee assessment, and college teaching, as well as experience in print and electronic media.  Since 1996, he has been a consultant to the Center for Business, Industry, and Labor of St. Louis Community College, where he serves as Practice Leader for Management and Team Development.  His previous experience includes management of a non-profit crisis organization, design and delivery of training for a regional bank, and performance improvement consulting for many businesses in the St. Louis metropolitan area.  Barry has been a frequent speaker at corporations, community-based groups, and professional organizations, including BBJ, Ameren UE, AORN, St. Luke's Medical Center, and several local chambers of commerce.  He is a member of the National Association of Social Workers' Academy of Certified Social Workers, the St. Louis Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development, and Human Resource Management Association of St. Louis.  Barry has a Master's degree in social work and a BS in English from the City University of New York.

Kevin Shrake - Senior Consultant
Kevin began his career as a registered respiratory therapist and advanced to CEO-level positions in some of the largest healthcare organizations in the country.  His experience includes organizations of all sizes and specialties in communities ranging from 4,000 residents to 4 million.  Kevin has entertained and inspired companies using his unique style of “edutainment,” utilizing the power of laughter with a distinct message that leads to increased employee and customer satisfaction, improving financial performance, employee turnover, and quality.  He is currently an adjunct faculty member of Lindenwood University in Belleville, Illinois.  Kevin is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and received a master’s degree from the University of Illinois in Springfield.

Tom Tener - Senior Consultant
Tom has significant management and executive experience in industry, higher education, and elected political positions.  Most recently, he led all aspects of community affairs and organizational development efforts for a privately held corporation with annual revenues approaching $2 billion.  He has expertise ranging from HR management and performance improvement to performance appraisal systems and instructional technology.  Tom serves on numerous boards of directors in the St. Louis region, including the United Way of Greater St. Louis, where he is a member of the Executive Committee and Chairman of the Community Information and Outcome Management Committee.  Past memberships include the Better Business Bureau, Sheldon Concert Hall, Rohan Woods School, and the Vashon Education Compact.  He has been a presenter at national meetings of professional associations, such as the Employee Involvement Association, the American Management Association, and the Society for Human Resources Management.  Tom was an alderman and mayor of the City of Town and Country. He is a graduate of the University of Tulsa with a BA in psychology.

Max Lorenz, Ph.D. - Psychologist & Career Consultant
Dr. Lorenz has over 16 years experience working as the staff psychologist for an international career transition firm.  He has worked with executives and organizations to provide value-added services to enhance the human factor for the past 20 years.  Max is a licensed psychologist in Missouri and has a Ph.D. from St. Louis University with a focus in counseling and organizational psychology.  He has an MA and a BA in psychology and is a member of the American Psychological Association.

Eileen Cain - Accounting Specialist
Eileen has over 20 years of billing/accounts experience at professional service and distribution companies.  She is responsible for tracking and processing payables and receivables and updating and researching marketing and operations data.  Her skills in Peachtree, Excel, and Word make her a valuable part of the support team.
