High-Touch Consultation

Phase I:  SKILLS ASSESSMENT
A thorough assessment process clearly identifies individual skills and abilities that are the foundation of a successful job search.  Much like a thorough physical examination, the skills assessment is designed to uncover individual strengths and weaknesses so the proper career assessment “diagnosis” can be developed.

  • Breakdown of accomplishments, career history, interests, and goals
  • Values analysis
  • Identification of transferable skills
  • Developmental recommendations

Phase II:  CAREER PLANNING
A well-planned career transition strategy is determined based on the input from Phase I.  Much like a diagnosis, career planning is a critical step to ensuring the correct steps are taken and the proper course is pursued, whether it is to stay within healthcare or pursue additional industries.  A bad career plan, like a bad diagnosis, can be disastrous.

  • Identification of alternative career paths/industries
  • Building of key network relationships
  • Discussion of realistic options and preferences
  • Alignment of strategic plan with career goals

Phase III:  IMPLEMENTATION
As with treatment, career plan implementation must be carried out in a systematic manner while utilizing the best technology tools for it to be targeted and efficient.

  • Development of powerful marketing materials (resume, e-mails, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Utilization of research tools
  • Negotiations advice and offer evaluation
  • Identification of job leads
