Behavioral Interview Training
This intense, practice-filled training program presents critical skills that enable hiring managers, HR representatives, and others to conduct valid, legally defensible candidate interviews. The skills presented and practiced apply to both internal and external candidates.
It is important to develop a structured interview that obtains information needed to make a successful hiring decision. Participants will learn to recognize complete and relevant answers to behavioral questions, as well as how to probe when incomplete or theoretical answers are given. Training includes a practice interview.
